WE NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY for the Sun Run
4 February 2017

Raising money for our club and volunteering in our Local Community. North Steyne SLSC will be the volunteers for the Fairfax Sun Herald Sun Run on Saturday 4 February 2016. We require about 85-95 volunteers which means the Club gets
around $3,600- $4,000 for equipment, coaching and events.

Course Marshals are required between Freshwater and Manly Corso from 4.30am until around 8.00am.
(Must be over 18 with 20 being required)
Finish Marshals required from 5.30am until 9.00am.
(Must be over 18 with 16 being required)
Finish Line Drink station setup from 5.30am – 8.30am (Including Clean up can be from 12 years with 30 being required)
Finish Line Setup from 5.30am until 9.00am
(And pack up with 15 being required)
Medals for runners 5.30- 8.30am
(Can be nippers with 10 being required)
Clothing pick up area from 6.00 – 8.30am
(Must be over 18 with 6 required)

All volunteers will be treated to a BBQ breakfast back at the Club at around 9.00am and all volunteers go into the draw for a $500 travel voucher, a $395 Bennett Nipper board voucher, a Demon 5’3” Combo Foam Surfboard and other vouchers.

It would be great if you can assist even if you must get away early for school sport or back to the Club for Patrol.
